Epson announces two new inkjet printers for businesses

High-yield ink cartridges offer longer ink life
Epson has announced two color inkjet printers geared for small businesses, the B-310N and B-510DN. Both printers feature high-capacity front paper cassettes capable of holding up to 500 sheets, along with network support for remote control. The B-310N offers four ink cartridges capable of printing an average of 3,000 black pages and 3,500 color pages before requiring replacement. Additionally, the printer provides a rear feeder that can handle envelopes and sheet labels.
The B-510DN provides several additional features, with black print speeds of up to 19ppm and color print speeds maxing at 18ppm. The ink cartridges support a larger number of prints than the B-310N, extending to approximately 8,000 black pages and 7,000 color sheets. A built-in duplexer is provided for double-sided printing, while the printer shares the same rear feeder as the smaller model.
Both printers are currently available from supporting resellers and priced at $400 for the B-310N and $600 for the B-510DN. Each printer also comes backed by a one-year limited warranty through Epson.
