Chicken invasion spreads to 12 star systems
Interaction Studios has launched a new game in its Chicken Invaders series, Chicken Invaders 3: Revenge of the Yoke Easter Edition. The titles revolve around intergalactic chickens invading the Earth, seeking revenge for the oppression of their Earthly kindred. Gamers fight for Earth and to protect other planets in the solar system.
Revenge of the Yoke Easter Edition is set across 12 star systems. It supports four-player cooperative play, and includes 120 waves and 7 weapons, one of which is kept secret until earned. There are 12 power levels, with weapon upgrade opportunities and 30 unique bonuses. The game also offers seven secret features.
Connectivity options include an online scoreboard, and multiplayer via the same computer, LANs or the Internet. The new soundtrack incorporates over 15 minutes of original orchestral material.
Chicken Invaders 3: Revenge of the Yoke Easter Edition requires Mac OS X 10.4 and an Intel CPU. It is currently on sale for €17.50, about $24.
