Couch Surfer Pro offers faster performance
Fire Core has released an update to its AppleTV add-on, aTV Flash. Version 4.1 expands support for 5.1-channel audio from a wide range of media formats, including DVD files. The company has also improved Couch Surfer Pro, which is claimed to offer faster browsing and enhanced support for the Remote iPhone app.
The utility allows Apple TV owners to play several formats that are not typically supported by the device. Options include DivX, Xvid, AVI, WMV, Video_TS/ISO, and more.
aTV Flash 4.1 is offered for Mac and Windows machines, with the download available for $50.
