Google's CDMA Nexus One in testing
A likely Verizon edition of the Nexus One has surfaced today through an FCC filing. The CDMA phone isn't identified by name but has a model number of PB99300, or very close to the PB99100 used by the GSM version. Its label image is also the same, but appropriately eliminates any mention of the no longer needed SIM card slot.
Google has already said it planned to launch a Verizon model in spring and so won't have very long until it releases the Nexus One on the second US network. Sprint has never publicly expressed interest and is more likely to favor the HTC Supersonic as its Android leader; AT&T remains an option, but it's already rumored to be getting the HTC Desire in May and therefore virtually all of the Nexus One's experience within a few months.
