Wedding entirely Apple themed
A pair of New York City residents claimed a first for Apple retail this week by marrying at the 5th Avenue Apple Store. Captured on video (viewable below), the union between Joshua Li and Ya Ting Li at the start of Valentine's Day was a 'surprise' wedding without Apple's approval, although floor staff didn't intervene. The entire event was Apple-themed and included a minister dressed like Steve Jobs and rings presented to the couple tied around a first-generation iPod.
Extra touches included handpicked quotes from Jobs and a card with Ya Ting's vows that said she loves Joshua more than an iPhone.
Joshua explained the decision to go for the theme based on how the two met, as he struck up conversation with Ya Ting when she was buying an iPod. "I managed to strike up a conversation that way," he said. However, it was Ya Ting's idea to have the wedding at the store.
The couple had a group of close friends on hand but is likely to still have a reception afterwards. [via Entertainment Weekly]

Just married...
They should have their honeymoon in the store, too. I just hope they're Mac users and when they have children, they'll also use Macs.
