MixMeister Express 7 DJ mixing software debuts for Mac

Create full-length mixes up to 80 minutes long
MixMeister has launched MixMeister Express 7, an update that brings Mac compatibility to the audio software. The utility provides tools for creating full-length mixes up to 80 minutes in length, while allowing users to transfer the finished product to portable media players such as an iPod. Support is also offered for synchronizing and importing from the iTunes library.
The program offers an auto-categorize function when importing music, with options for creating random or smart playlists. Users can also add sound effects or customize the pitch, tempo, and length of each track.
MixMeister Express 7 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 or higher and is priced at $70. Current owners of the Windows edition can purchase the Mac variant for $20.
