RadTech begins shipping OmniStand

Big Nerd Ranch Europe has released details on its upcoming OpenGL Bootcamp, while RadTech has begun shipping the OmniStand


The OpenGL Bootcamp event has been scheduled to take place from March 15th until the 19th. The event, which is run by Big Nerd Ranch Europe, consists of a series of training classes designed for programmers. More specifically, the courses are designed to help students learn techniques for OpenGL programming. All courses will take place at Kloster Eberbach, which is located near Frankfurt, Germany. Registration for the full week costs $3,930 and includes lodging, meals, original instruction materials, 24-hour lab access, and transportation to and from the Frankfurt airport. Additionally, Students that sign up before February 5th will receive a special early bird price of $3,650.

OmniStand now shipping

RadTech has announced that its OmniStand notebook stand is now shipping. The stand, which is constructed out of aluminium alloy, features four different height adjustments and can fold down to less that 1cm thick. Heat dissipation is also assisted, as the notebook is held above a solid surface. Those who pre-ordered a stand can expect their unit to arrive shortly, while new customers can purchase the product online for $80.
