Organizes songs and sharing
M Cubed has released a major update for Minim, software designed to help musicians and songwriters organize and share songs. Within the app users can group their songs into albums, add cover art and tag files with metadata. The v2.0 update introduces a new user interface, along with additional support for podcasts, including the ability to plan and share podcasts from within the program.
The update also includes an idea bin for jotting down thoughts, and a simple recording utility for creating quick samples. The file management system has been improved, and users now have the option of keeping track of royalty percentages, or integrating contacts with Address Book.
A single-user license can be purchased for $38 from the online M Cubed Store. Licenses can also be ordered at an educational cost of $22, or in a pack of five for $130.
