BambooBook case, MacBook battery replacements

Skydda Design and NewerTech have each extended their lines of MacBook accessories, releasing the BambooBook carrying case and updated NuPower replacement batteries. Skydda's BambooBook is designed specifically for the 13-inch MacBook Pro, and features a hard bamboo exterior and a suede fabric interior. Users can continue to run a Pro without removing it from protection.

NewerTech has introduced a new colleciton of NuPower batteries for white and black 13-inch MacBooks, as well as 15- and 17-inch MacBook Pros. The 13-inch option is said to extend battery life by 10 percent, whereas 15-inch systems gain 3.25 percent, and 17-inch notebooks jump 4.5 percent.

The BambooBook can be ordered from Skydda's online store for $150. The NuPower batteries can be found at, priced at $100 each.

    Cool case

I liked the BambooBook, but where do you carry the laptop power adapter and any other cables. By looking at their web site it seems that there is space for just the laptop, which would force me to carry cables and power adapter in another bag. It doesn't make sense to me.

    It does mention...

7.) Form-fitting cover to protect your case and carry accessories

Which suggests there is another part not pictured.
