Divides content based on quality vs. sales
Apple has posted iTunes Rewind 2009, a section on the iTunes Store drawing attention to the year's bestsellers in apps, music and video, as well material considered genuinely superior by Apple staff. Top sellers at the App Store include titles like Flight Control, Oregon Trail, Textfree Unlimited and MLB.com at Bat. The best-rated apps, conversely, include ones like ReelDirector, SketchBook Mobile and Jamie Oliver's 20 Minute Meals.
The bestselling song for 2009 was the Black Eyed Peas' "Boom Boom Pow." Michael Jackson has been chosen as Apple's Artist of the Year, while Kings of Leon's Only by the Night has been picked for Album of the Year. Bestselling movies include Up, Star Trek, Quantum of Solace and Twilight. Some highly-rated movies are Drag Me to Hell and Sunshine Cleaning.
Other areas of iTunes Rewind highlight different categories of audiobooks, podcasts and TV shows, for instance segregating TV by genre, and popular seasons away from episodes.

I don't bother...
I really don't bother with the itunes store unless i'm looking for something specific. Its new navigation just sucks.
