Boris releases Continuum Image Restoration filter pack

Filters repair video blemishes, jaggies, more
Boris FX has launched a new title in its DV tools series, Boris Continuum Image Restoration. Image Restoration includes three filters: Smooth Tone, Pixel Fixer and DV Fixer. Smooth Tone focuses on repairing skin blemishes and makeup glitches without degrading image sharpness and detail.
The Pixel Fixer filter repairs bad pixels generated by a bad sensor or dust. A single pass of the filter can fix up to 10 glitches without degrading the image. DV Fixer also repairs image problems, focusing on DV compression artifacts and jaggies.
Boris Continuum Image Restoration runs on Mac OS X 10.4 or higher and works with Adobe's After Effects or Premiere Pro, along with Apple's Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express and Motion. The new package is now available for $100.
