Keyboard allows for tactile typing, blind typing

4iThumbs has launched its self-named 4iThumbs Tactile Keyboard for iPhone. The accessory is a clear, tactile typing aid applied to the iPhone’s touch screen. The design is claimed to allow faster and more accurate typing and blind typing, as ridges help replicate dedicated keyboards by providing tactile feedback to fingers.

The keyboard doubles as an anti-glare screen protector. It can be removed and reapplied as needed, allowing users to store it on the rear of the iPhone when not in use.

4iThumbs comes in two versions depending on the preferred screen orientation. The portrait mode keyboard is $15, while the landscape version is $17. Both versions can be purchased together for $20.
