Shares and syncs bookmarks
Shiny Frog has launched Delibar, a tool for managing, sharing and searching through Delicious bookmarks. The application integrates with all Mac web browsers through provided bookmarklets, and lets users add, edit, search for and modify bookmarks via the Mac System bar. Other features allow offline bookmark browsing, syncing multiple Delicious accounts, and sharing websites with friends via Delicious, Twitter or Facebook.
Bookmarks can be viewed in a detached window, or alternately dragged and dropped into a variety of different apps. Global hotkeys can be used to access the software, and searches can be saved, offering a simpler means of finding the most used bookmarks. The program's sharing functions display any new bookmarks added by friends.
Delibar requires Mac OS X 10.5, and is available in free and pro versions. The pro version costs $28, but can be tried without cost for two weeks before it reverts to the free edition, which only supports search commands.
