Fujitsu outs desktops, notebooks with multi-touch

Fujitsu in Japan is showing off a range of new desktop and notebook PCs, including the Deskpower F/ER-series all-in-one desktop and MT Series and Biblo NF/ERs notebooks. The F-series offer a model with a 23-inch, 1920x1080 or 20-inch, 1600x900 multi-touch display. Powering either is Intel's 2.53GHz Core 2 Duo CPU, along with 4GB of RAM. Options include a Blu-ray model, 1TB of combined hard drive space and a choice of digital and analog TV tuners.

The Biblo NF/ER notebook has a 15.6-inch touchscreen, but no other specs are known. Both the desktop and notebook are meant for older users and include a hotline users can call for direct help with specific problems they encounter.

The MT/E50 is based on a 12.1-inch tablet PC that sports multi-touch capability. Processing power comes from a 2.2GHz Intel Celeron 900 chip, and there is 2GB of RAM and 320GB of storage space.

No pricing or ship dates are known for any of these PCs but all ship with Windows 7. This likely means they will become available on or shortly after the operating system's launch date of October 22nd. [via Akihabara]
