New Outfit, Outfit Shade cases for iPhone 3G
Griffin Technology has announced it's expanding the line of protective cases for the iPhone 3G and 3GS with additional patterns and hard cases. The company's Elan Form Etch cases which are made from a combination of leather bonded to a polycarbonate inner shell will be available in four additional patterns including Solstice Taupe, Stars, Chess Taupe, Rewind, 405 and Vintage Brown. Each case also comes with the EasyDock design that enables users dock the iPhone without having to remove it from the case.
Next up are the Outfit and Outfit shade hard-cases, which offer protection against bumps and scratches during everyday use while providing access to all sensors, controls and the Multi-touch display. Outfit delivers a sleek solid-looking design available in Translucent Black or White, and allows users to remove the bottom of the case in order to dock the phone. The Outfit Shade offers the same features as seen in the Outfit, but adds a metallic graduated tint finish to the design and is available in Blue, Lime, Magenta and Silver.
Finally, the Reveal iPhone 3G and 3GS case, adding several new colors including Blue, Red Magenta, Purple, Pink, White and Black. The case features a slim polycarbonate shell with a rubber interior, and enables full-access to the multi-touch display, controls and ports.
The Elan Form Etch is currently available in Vintage Brown, while the Reveal in both Black and White can also be purchased. The remaining cases are scheduled for release in Fall of this year, with prices varying from $35 for the Elan Form Etch, to $25 for the Outfit or Reveal cases, and $30 for the Outfit Shade.
