Mac HelpMate 3 for IT managers supports Snow Leopard

HelpMate 3 enhances screen sharing
MOST Training & Consulting has released Mac HelpMate version 3, an update to the Mac OS X remote support software. The software has automatic screen sharing launch support and a dashboard widget for launching a help session. Mac HelpMate has configurable proactive alerts, which allow IT managers to monitor any disk, both local or network on the network, e-mailing an alert when a disk falls below a certain percentage of free space and when kernel panics or S.M.A.R.T errors occur or a Time Machine backup fails.
Mac HelpMate version 3 adds Snow Leopard compatibility and new feature enhancements. The screen sharing capabilities of Mac HelpMate have been enhanced with secure file transfer. The built-in Screen Sharing now supports multiple displays and can quickly change sessions using fast user switching. Auto HelpMate Manager has added unlimited machine registrations and asset management in version 3.
Mac HelpMate 3 requires Mac OS X 10.3 or higher. It works with Windows and through firewalls and routers, supporting SSL and AES encryption. It costs $600 annually for a subscription, or $80 for a monthly subscription.
