Hip Holster, I.D. case for iPhone 3G and 3G S
Mophie and Case-Mate have released new protective cases for Apple's iPhone 3G and 3G S. Mophie’s new Hip Holster line consists of three leather cases designed to hold both the iPhone and the company’s Juice Pack. The cases are available in three different models, the 5000, 5500 and 6000, which covers the complete set of Juice Packs for the iPhone, iPhone 3G or 3G S. Each case features an easy-access belt clip for simpler transporting, while keeping the iPhone hidden and secure via a magnetic closure.
In addition, Case-Mate has introduced the I.D. case for the iPhone 3G/3GS; the new case is designed to be impact-resistant and protects the mobile phone from scrapes and scratches and includes a slim slip-proof slot for holding up-to two credit card sized items, such as a drivers license or debit card. The case allows users access to all ports or controls as well as the ability to remove their cards simply by nudging at the bottom and top of the slot. The I.D. case ships with a screen-protector kit and is available in eight different colors, including red, blue, green, black or pink.
Both cases are available from their consecutive websites, with the Hip Holster for Juice Pack priced at $30 and the I.D. case costing the same amount.
