PerfectTablePlan Pro, Advanced Editions

Oryx Digital has released new Professional and Advanced Editions of its seating and planning software, PerfectTablePlan. The app offers tools for creating and arranging seating places for special occasions such as weddings or award ceremonies, and includes printable charts and reports. The two new editions bring more customizable features, and allow users to add tables onto a scaled floor plan simply by dragging and dropping. More reporting options have been included which make it possible to report the meal selection by either the table or the amount of money owing.

PerfectPlanTable now comes with more customizable automatic seating arrangement, which enables users to instruct the automated seating function to either place people from the same organization in a specific area, or keep them separated. Users can also customize the data stored for individual guests, for a more personalized arrangement.

The program is available in three different versions and requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or higher in order to work. The Professional Edition is the most expensive of the three being priced at $325 and designed for professional event planners, while the Advanced Edition costs $80 and is more for charity organizers. Lastly, the Home Edition is priced at $30 and is equipped for more basic uses such as weddings or parties.
