Several new features
SQLabs has updated its Mac PDF management software, PDFGarden, to v3.0. The utility combines, transforms, arranges and reorders multiple PDF documents via drag-and-drop adjustments. Thousands of PDF files can be managed at a time, and documents themselves can contain thousands of pages. It utilizes Apple's Preview app and Quartz rendering technology.
Version 3.0 adds automatic page pairing, and real-time preview of file rearrangements. It can now also selectively import one or more pages from a file, without importing the entire document. QuickTime format support is new, as is support for PDF bleed and trim boxes.
The upgraded PDFGarden requires Mac OS X 10.5 or higher. Snow Leopard support is not cited, but the program should launch successfully under the OS. Pricing is set at $20.
