App Store gets ESPN Fantasy Football, Madden NFL 10

ESPN and Madden apps ship for iPhone, iPod touch
Several new football-themed apps have been added to the app store, ESPN Fantasy Football and Madden NFL 10. The Fantasy Football title allows players to control and manage their ESPN teams and leagues directly from the mobile device. Users can access live scores and stats, configure personalized alerts, or post on a league message board.
Madden allows gamers to play using all 32 NFL teams on 32 unique fields ranging from Lambeau to the Cowboys Stadium. Over 300 plays are available, with controls for dives, spins, jukes and sprints. Users can also slow the motion down to choose a move. Commentary is provided by voices from John Madden, Tom Hammond and Cris Collinsworth.
Users can manage rosters with almost 2,000 different players to trade or acquire. Gameplay follows an entire season, including the Super Bowl finale and player awards.
ESPN Fantasy Football is available from the App Store for $5, while Madden NFL 10 is available for an introductory price of $8.
