ScreenFlow update

Telestream has announced an update to its screen recording software, ScreenFlow. Version 2.0 adds a number of new features and capabilities, including the ability to directly publish screencasts to YouTube. The company also expanded the available editing tools, enabling users to adjust the speed of clips during the recording and editing process.

A variety of new 2D and 3D transitions have been added, including page-curl, ripple, flash, swipe, cross-disolve, and dip to black or white, among others. Interface changes improve common functions such as accessing, moving and managing stored project files.

ScreenFlow 2.0 is scheduled for release sometime in September. Customers currently can purchase v1.5 for $99, or download a free trial.
