Oxford dictionaries ship

Paragon Software has launched several dictionaries for Mac OS X including the Concise Oxford English Dictionary, Eleventh Edition; the Concise Oxford Thesaurus; the Oxford Russian Dictionary; and the Oxford German Dictionary, Third Edition. Sound modules are provided for over 20,000 words, allowing users to hear pronunciations from English, Spanish, German, French and Italian native speakers.

Translations and word definitions can be accessed by simply hovering the mouse cursor over text in any application. The utility also provides a morphology module, grammar references, a similar words function and flash cards.

The dictionaries work with Intel Macs running Mac OS X 10.4 or higher. The English Dictionary is available for €40 (~$57 USD), while the Thesaurus carries a price of €30 (~$43 USD), and the Russian Dictionary and German Dictionary both cost €70 (~$100 USD).
