Continuum Motion Tracker
Boris FX has released Continuum Motion Tracker, which includes four specialized filters for gathering and utilizing motion data from video. The Corner Pin filter allows users to map media to a specific area on a moving object. Match Move locks the movement of one image clip to another, and includes functions such as tumble, spin, and rotate, as well as lighting and light wrap compositing.
The Wire Remover filter eliminates wires and other unwanted objects from images, either through cloning or blending pixels from surrounding areas. Witness Protection, lastly, tracks the motion of an object in a clip, and then exploits that path data to apply an effect. Some examples include blurs, mosaics, tints, or brightness and contrast adjustments.
Continuum Motion Tracker supports Motion, Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Express and After Effects. The filter set costs $200.
