Twittelator Pro 3.0.1

Stone Design has launched a new version of its higher-end Twitter client, Twittelator Pro 3.0.1. The latest update features a new Twitlonger and TwidVid service, the ability to translate a tweet into different languages, and new options for sending e-mails within an app that contains a mail-to in a tweet or web page. New options enable users to temporarily mute friends through the subgroup menu, as well as open an option menu simply by taping a user’s name. Twittelator Pro 3.0.1 has also been fully optimized for use with the iPhone OS 3.0.1.

In addition, the update provides new reloading capabilities that allow the user to undo composed tweets or refresh the page simply by shaking the mobile device. Users with a built-in or attached mic can now record and upload audio tweets. Offline tweeting and reading has been added for those times when an internet connection isn’t available. Also with the new iPhone 3G S users can shoot, edit and upload videos, or simply upload videos to YouTube via Twitfind using the regular iPhone and iPod touch.

The new Twitlonger function allows users post blogs linked by tweets, for the times when the tweet goes over 140 characters. Lastly, Twittelator Pro 3.0.1 provides functions for copying and pasting parts of a tweet, for users to both view and place their location on a map, and now a total of five different bird sounds when receiving new treats via refreshing the page.

The software requires iPhone or iPod touch with OS 3.0 or later and is available from the App Store for $5.
