The portal is specifically targeted at Apple Service Providers, permitting customers to retrieve information from anywhere in the world.

Users access information through a web portal, including automated updates once a data recovery task has been registered. Should a person start the recovery process, the portal provides a file report that specifies which files can be recovered.
