InBloom 2.0 ships

Retail consignment software InBloom 2.0 is now shipping. The major update to the FileMaker-based software has added Twitter integration, customized and PDF printing along with new architecture for quick upgrades. Twitter support allows the software to quickly launch availability updates for popular products. The software focuses on resale support for small businesses, with inventory management, customer management, point-of-sale and check-printing capabilities while being networkable and customizable.

InBloom 2.0 improves browsing inventory, contacts, and sales while adding one-click access to an instant-search tool. Also new are price trends and suggestions, complete inventory management, and a cash register.

InBloom 2.0's new printing features including saving documents as PDFs, generate emails with PDFs attached, and customizing printouts. One-click mailing-label printing and template support are also new.

The Pro Version 2.0 requires FileMaker Pro 9 or newer, working on both Mac and Windows. InBloom 2.0 costs $375 in both a lite version, which works as a standalone version, not requiring FileMaker Pro, and the Pro version that works alongside FileMaker Pro.
