Docks, Modena

  • EasyBatch 1.4 ($18) provides users with a set of tools that let them scale, resize, rotate, covert, rename and add watermarks to groups of images. The application also offers options for adjusting resizing smoothness, JPEG compression, preserving EXIF data, interlacing PNG's, and more. The latest release has added threading support for multi-core computers, along with additional renaming options, and some small interface changes. [Download - 0.94MB]

  • Snowtape 1.2 ($29) allows users to list to their favorite internet radio stations and record the stream at any point. The application can store thousands of stations to choose from and can filter the stations by categories such as genre or bandwidth. While recording a station Snowtape can automatically cut the recordings at audio track boundaries and can also identify and exclude commercials from recordings. Version 1.2 has added support for SnowRemote, a companion iPhone application, and fixed the display of countries. [Download - 4.9MB]

  • Schreiben 5.1 ($9) is a word processor that has been designed to be easy to use. The application all runs from one window which opens in the center of the screen on launch. The software supports most popular file formats including Word .doc(x) and Open Office .odt files. The update has fixed a bug that could cause footers to be printed incorrectly. Improvements were also made to the autosave and .doc export features. Additionally, Schreiben 5.1 is now available as a 54-bit Intel application. [Download - 6.3MB]

  • Docks 2.0 ($10) can be used to create several docks which can be switched between for different situations. Users can organize applications in their dock and then create a snapshot which can then be opened again later. Users are able to switch between docks using global shortcuts or by activating the optional menu item. Version 2.0 has been rewritten from scratch and should be more stable and secure than previous releases. The update has also added integration with Spaces, allowing users to have a specific doc for each space. Undo and redo support for managing snapshots has been added as well. [Download - 4.4MB]

  • Modena 2.0 ($5) is a countdown timer that allows users to choose an absolute starting point or a relative number of minutes, hours and seconds. The countdown clock can be viewed in its own window on the desktop, as an item in the menu you bar or in full-screen mode. When the timer finished a notification will appear on the screen using Growl and Modena allows this notification to remain on the screen until it is clicked. The latest release has been rewritten to improve reliability and performance and also includes an updated interface. An issue that prevented the application from becoming active when clicking on the menu bar item has also been fixed. [Download - 0.7MB]
