  • FlashVideo Converter 3.2 ($100) is a tool for converting Flash SWF and FLV files to video files such as MP4, MOV and MPEG. The software has controls which allow users to adjust the codec parameters and to control the size and quality of the output video. Users can also adjust the resolution, quality, and audio settings of the conversion to their specific needs. The new release includes an updated capture engine, a new watermark, and a lossless video render feature. [Download - 16.8MB]

  • ProteMac Meter 2.8 ($30) is a network-traffic logging application that allows users to monitor all Internet and network activity. A stopwatch function can be used to time downloads and calculate average transfer rates. Users can also set alarms that will sound if the bandwidth or time limits have been exceeded by a particular application, or if a desired traffic volume has been reached.
    Version 2.8 is said to have improved report speeds and features a new database engine. The update has also fixed several smaller bugs. [Download - 25.4MB]

  • AirRadar 1.2 ($20) can be used to scan for available wireless networks. The software can provide graphs of network signal strength and automatically join the best open network in range. Additional technical information is now displayed in the Details view and the option to display the frequency on which wireless networks are operating has been added. The new release also no longer asks users to submit parsing errors as this has been determined to be a bug in the airport shell common on Mac OS X. [Download - 7MB]

  • Sandvox 1.6.3 ($57) is a website creation application which uses a drag-and-drop interface in an attempt to simplify the creation process. The software includes features such as, templates, a live preview, built-in publishing tools, and more. The latest release has fixed several compatibility issues with Safari 4 and added support for Snow Leopard. Improvements have also been made to the Movie Page RSS feed, media handling, and MobileMe publishing. [Download - 26.4MB]

  • Radium 2.3 ($4) is designed to offer people access to internet radio from their desktop and includes various searching capabilities. Users can search for stations by name, genre, etc, and set up a list of their favorite stations. Version 2.3 includes an additional 30 networks and adds the option to configure global shortcuts.
