  • Combine PDFs 4.4 ($30) is a utility that allows users to merge PDF files and images into one PDF file. Users can also split a PDF file or create a new PDF file with interleaved pages from two different PDF files. Version 4.4 includes a new preferences window which allows users to set PDF files to open in either Acrobat Reader or Preview. The applications main window has been modified to fit better on smaller screen and several bugs have been fixed in this release. [Download - 5.4MB]

  • iSubtitle 1.3 ($19) is a tool that adds non-destructive subtitles to movie files for the iPhone/iPod touch and Apple TV. The software enables people to use the interface of the device or application to turn on or off subtitles synced in real-time, and to watch the subtitled movies in full screen. The latest release has now been compiled as a Universal binary and removes the mp4box dependency. The interface has also undergone several changes: the Action toolbar menu has been renamed as Export, the Set Poster Frame action has been moved to the metadata tab, and a progress indicator has been added to the drawer while parsing subtitles.   • GarageBuy 1.4 (free) can be used to search for items on eBay and place bids. The application retrieves all of the postings information including the current price, sellers rating, duration, description, and images. Users can also save searches and add items to a watch list for quick access later. Version 1.6 has improved integration with iCal and has added a price threshold option for watched auctions. The update also includes support for Mac OS X Snow Leopard and various small bug fixes and improvements. [Download - 3.7MB]

  • Little Disk 1.1 (free) allows users to create, extract, split, convert, mount and unmount disk images. The software can also be used with the PowerISO application which adds support for additional disk image formats such as DAA and BIN. The update has added the option for creating IS images and now lets users set the destination of converted images when working with PowerISO. [Download - 3.7MB]

  • Coloristic 1.7 ($12) is a magnification tool which also includes the ability to identify color values for individual pixels. The software can also measure the distance between any two pixels on a screen and copy color values to the clipboard. The update has added histogram support and also addresses several miscellaneous bugs. [Download - 0.27MB]

      Combine PDFs?

      I don't get it. Preview, which is a standard part of Mac OS X, can combine PDFs and images just fine.
