Mac Data Recovery 4.0

Stellar has released v4.0 of its Macintosh Data Recovery application. The software is used to recover deleted, corrupt and lost data and Mac volumes. The latest version enhances the speed of scanning and can now search FAT volumes. Version 4.0 also supports more file formats including NSF, PMD, and plist files. The application features an enhanced user interface that utilizes a new Find option and a Save-scan process.

The software can recover data when messages that indicate the disk is damaged or is unable to be found or used, there is a missing or inaccessible volume, or the computer is unable to mount the disk.

Macintosh Data Recovery requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 and can be purchased from the Stellar online store for $100. An administrator license of the application costs $200. Corporate and government users can purchase the application for $250 and a technician license version costs $350.
