  • Cyclops (free) uses the iPhone's built-in camera to scan barcodes. After a picture of a barcode is taken the software attempts to find the item on Amazon. If the item is found information such as an image and prices are displayed. Users can also select which international Amazon site they would like the app to use.

  • Bumper Stars ($3) is described as being a mixture of pinball, pool, and shuffleboard. To gain points in the game players must launch characters into customizable bumpers by using the touch screen. In each level players get three shots to fling their character and hit as many of the items on the screen as possible. Bumper Stars also includes support for Facebook Connect which allows players to challenge their Facebook friends and upload their high scores.

  • FretBoard ($6) is a reference tool that can be used to locate notes, chords, and scales on various stringed instruments. The application includes support for 96 different tunings and for instruments that range from 3 to 14 strings such as guitar, bass, banjo, violin, ukulele, mandolin, etc. A recent update has added the mixo-blues scale which brings the total number of included scales up to 58. The update also includes the "sawmill" banjo tuning, Don White's tunings for seven and eight string guitars, Charango tuning, and standard baritone guitar tunings.

  • Doodle Chat (free) allows users to communicate by sending doodles back and forth. Users can draw on top of pictures or doodles that have been sent to them using multiple brushes and colors. Images can be sent to another user of the application or to any email address.

  • Bailout Bucks ($1) allows users to create customize American bills on an iPhone or iPod touch. The application includes denominations running from 100 million to 500 trillion dollars and allows users to add their own photos and signatures. After the bill has been made users can chose to save it to their photo library or share it with friends via an email.
