  • iPod Converter 2.7 ($30) is a tool for converting video files to the mp4 format for use on an iPod. The software can covert most common video files including AVI, WMV, MOV, MPG, ASF, and DivX. Within iPod converter users can crop video area, the bit rate, frame rate and video resolution. The latest update includes a new style interface and has fixed several smaller bugs.   • Baseline 1.5 ($20) is a disk utility which can determine what is taking up the most disk space and what has changed since the last scan. The software also includes a feature for finding duplicate files. Version 1.5 now allows users to select and delete multiple files from within the application and includes undo options in case files are deleted accidentally. The update also now uses ZIP to compress files and folders and fixes several small bugs. [Download - 5.2MB]

  • A Better Finder Rename 8.23 ($20) is a tool for renaming multiple files. Users can drag files from the Finder and then choose from different options on how files should be named. The new version has expanded upon the existing music file renaming feature now allowing users to insert data from MP3/AAC tags into file names.   • SkypeCap 2.1 ($40) is a tool for capturing and recording Skype video and audio. The application detects when Skype is active and then gives users the option to record audio and video or the software can be set up to automatically start and stop recording. The new release includes support for lossless video. [Download - 5.8MB]

  • SERank 2.0 ($80) can monitor search engine rankings for any number of keywords and display the changes of a sites rankings over time. Users can track search engine rankings in over 50 different search engines world time and can graph changes in their personal sites ranking over time. Included in the new release is a competitor analysis feature which can help a user compare their rankings to those of competitors. The update also includes improved SEO reports and support for Microsoft's Bing search engine. [Download - 15.6MB]

      Unless I'm mistaken, you can do more with the free Handbrake than you can with the $30 iPod Converter.
