updated 09:00 pm EDT, Wed July 8, 2009

Radio Gaga released

The GagaFactory has announced Radio Gaga, an application used to listen and record over 10,000 Internet radio stations. The application can record multiple radio streams simultaneously and is only limited by the users available bandwidth. Sessions can be automatically recorded using the scheduling feature set by the user. The recorded tracks can then be automatically trimmed and tagged by the application and users can additionally export recorded tracks directly to iTunes.

Radio Gaga includes a directory of over 10,000 radio stations from around the world, classified into 27 genres such as rock, dance, folk, metal, pop, classical, jazz, alternative and ambient. Users can filter stations by genre, only recording music they have selected.

Radio Gaga will be available for download when the GagaFactory website opens Friday. The application will cost $20 for a single license that can be used on three Macs.
