AudioRefurb 2 update

JS8 Media has launched AudioRefurb 2, the latest update to its audio filtering application. Using a 31-band graphic equalizer, the program allows people to apply effects and adjustments to audio files. Changes in the update improve buffer processing, as well as data validation.

Interface tweaks move transport controls to a separate section, reposition the volume slider to be closer to the effects area, and fix text color to improve clarity within new backgrounds. Progress text and the Save/Export button have been moved to the bottom of the program window, and pop-up menu styling has been improved in all areas.

AudioRefurb supports AAC, MP3, AIFF, AIFC, WAV and CAF file formats. The app costs $20, and requires Mac OS X 10.5. It can be found at the JS8 website as a 5.1MB download.
