ClearSkin keyboard cover
KB Covers has launched the ClearSkin Ultra-Clear Keyboard Cover for the Mac. The new keyboard cover is made of 0.1mm clear plastic and is designed to protect the user’s keyboard from dust, dirt and spills. ClearSkin fits tightly against the laptop and still allows the lighting from backlit-keys to come through. As the cover gets dirty users can simply peel the plastic off their Mac and wash it with soap and water before placing it back on.
The ClearSkin keyboard cover is compatible with any 13-inch MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook unibody, along with any MacBook unibody Pro 13, 15, or 17-inch.
The cover is available for purchase directly from the KB Covers website and priced at $25.

Proper ventilation requires that the keyboard holes be free for air flow. I used one of these once, overheated my Macbook and burned out the HD.

I had this on a 17" G4 powerbook pro (or whatever they were called).
When sleeping in bag, often it would get very, very very hot while in the bag.
Just buy compressed air in a can and don't eat over your laptop.

Why is your laptop getting hot at all when asleep? Shouldn't the fact that it is asleep indicate it shouldn't be running a temperature?
