BeamYourScreen for Mac

BeamYourScreen has released a Mac version of its signature product, which allows users to share desktop screens with one another. The software is geared towards web meetings and remote support sessions, and in the latter case provides cross-platform keyboard and mouse access, as well as real-time updates when launching documents or applications.

Up to 200 people can participate in events, which allow the switching of presenters. Content is protected with 256-bit AES encryption, though also designed to avoid issues with changing network and firewall settings.

BeamYourScreen is available under both leasing and purchasing options. Leasing starts at $30 per month with a $50 setup fee, while permanent copies start at $660. Registration is required for service. System requirements are not publicly available, but should be be minimal due using a web-based interface to perform the bulk of work.
