Exilim C721 specs leaked

Pricing and full specs of the rugged Casio Exilim C721 handset, first spotted early in April, were leaked on Thursday. The device will come to wireless provider Verizon on June 10th, and is equipped with a 5.1-megapixel autofocus camera with video recording capabilities, flash, image stabilization and 3x optical zoom. The phone is also rugged, meeting 810F military specifications for resistance to water, fog, shock, salt, dust, altitude and temperature extremes.

The Exilim C721 otherwise features a 2.3-inch 320x240 resolution main display paired with a 0.7-inch, 96x32 external display and EVDO Rev A network support. It has comprehensive Bluetooth support, including A2DP for wireless handsets, music file support that includes MP3, WMA, AAC and AAC+ files and an HTML web browser. It's not known how much internal memory is included in the handset, but memory cards up to 8GB are supported.

Verizon's numerous services will be supported, including V CAST Music with Rhapsody, V CAST Videos, Media Center, Visual Voice Mail, Mobile Broadband Connect and VZ Navigator.

The Casio Exilim will reportedly cost $279 after a $50 mail-in rebate on a new two-year Verizon contract, $349 after a $50 mail-in rebate and one-year agreement or $449 contract-free. [via BGR]
