New LG phones due at AT&T

More leaked documents from wireless provider AT&T have revealed there are at least three new handsets coming, all from hardware maker LG. First from the new mid-range lineup is the Shine 2, which is said to sport a 2.2-inch, 320x240 resolution display, a 2-megapixel fixed focus camera and Bluetooth 2.1 support. Storage will come from a microSD memory card, and it supports 3G over HSDPA. The small image of the Shine2 may actually be that of the KF510, and it's not known whether this is just a placeholder or if the KF510 will be rebranded as the Shine2.

Another new slider phone, the Georgia, has slightly upmarket features that include a 2.8-inch, 240x400-pixel display, integrated accelerometer, a 3-megapixel camera, and support for AT&T's FLO TV mobile TV and streaming media service.

A third, mystery phone, the corner of which is peeking out from the corner of the intro photo, may or may not also be coming to AT&T, though no information on the device is known.

The LG Shine2, which is expected to replace the Shine that AT&T is selling for $10 on a two-year contract, is due to come to AT&T on August 10th according to the leaked document, while the Georgia is coming on October 5th. The documents do not reveal pricing information, however. [A href="">via Engadget]
