Scorecard 2 released
Cynical Peak has released a major update to Scorecard, its flagship golf application. The software analyzes a player's statistics in order to identify weak points and better handicaps. Scorecard 2 introduces new features, while also fixing bugs from the previous version.
Among the new elements is a graphing system that gathers statistics from numerous matches, enabling a better view of improvements from one game to the next. When graphing users can now also create markers to indicate points in time, a benchmark for how a game progressed afterward. The app has additionally been expanded to support nine-hole rounds, and per-hole notetaking for the sake of remembering specifics.
Scorecard 2 requires Mac OS X 10.4 and can be bought from Cynical Peak for $30. Data can be synced with a companion iPhone app, which is available for free from the App Store.
