projectforum 6.4 released

A new version of projectforum, 6.4, has been released by courseforum. The wiki-based software enables groups of people to collaborate in online workspaces. The application is designed to be installed on a private network, but can also be hosted by courseforum. SSL encryption is used to keep information secure.

The updated edition fixes many bugs scattered throughout previous versions of projectforum, and brings in various improvements. These include enhancements to WYSIWYG page editing, users and permissions, wiki content and markup extensions.

projectforum is available for Mac, Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD through the courseforum website. A basic copy costs $80, while the standard version costs $250 for a single group, or $600 for five groups. Ten groups cost $850, and 50 groups cost $1,800.
