  • ArchiveMac 1.2 ($25) allows users to backup large files to CD, DVD or Blu-Ray disks. If the contents of a backup are larger than what can be stored on one disk the software can split the data across multiple discs which are then patched together when restored. The archive discs are burned in a way that allows them to be restored on any Mac, Windows or Linux computer without the need for any additional software. Version 1.2 has improved the process of burning discs by allowing discs in a set to be skipped and adding support for burning multiple copies of a disc. [Download - 4.8MB]

  • TaskTime 4.6 ($20) is a tool for tracking time spent on various jobs and tasks. After time has been tracked users can quickly generate invoices and then email them to a client, print them off or save them for later reference. The software can automatically calculate the total time that has been spent on a project and then calculate the total amount owing based on a customizable set of parameters. The new release has improved the project file verification and the sequencing of invoice pages. Version 4.6 also includes an updated interface and a fix for a bug that prevented project status from changing to Paid after sending a Paid invoice. [Download - 11.2MB]

  • SofaControl 2.9 ($15) is a tool for expanding the functionality of the Apple Remote. The software features an interface that was inspired by Front Row and provides users access to application specific menus or movies and documents. Version 2.9 has added support for controlling Boxee and Spotify from the main menu and also improved support for EyeTV and XBMC. [Download - 3.7MB]

  • Calcline 2.0 ($20) is an application for evaluating mathematical expressions with parentheses, nested functions and variables. Expressions can be solved in a step by step process that shows all the calculations needed to find the final answer. Version 2.0 includes a redesigned interface that includes an improved variables table and a new Calc Log drawer. The update also addresses several smaller bugs. [Download - 0.2MB]

  • Stainless 0.6 (free) is a web browser for Mac OS X that takes inspiration from the Google Chrome browser. The browser includes a feature dubbed "parallel sessions" which allows users to log into a site using different credentials in separate tabs simultaneously. This could be used to check multiple email accounts without having to log out of one. The 0.6 release has added a global history manager, a client process launcher, and a new user preference that can automatically close unresponsive tabs. The update also address several bugs such as one that caused saved bookmarks to disappear after long sessions. [Download - 0.56MB]
