CrossLoop provides tech assistance using screen share

CrossLoop releases app

CrossLoop has released a beta version of its screen-sharing application for Mac. Having previously assisted PC users with technical support, the company wanted to extend its knowledge base to include the Mac platform. Users are connected to a technical assistant by typing in keywords associated with their problem and choosing from a number of people. The assistant then walks the user through potential solutions to the problem.

Although the CrossLoop application can be downloaded for free, the required technical assistance carries a wide range of hourly rates. Training courses are also available.
