FCP London SuperMeet

In brief: Native Instruments has announced a new deal that will be offered until the end of June. Any purchase of the controller-equipped version of Kore 2 will entitle the customer to a free download of the KORE Electronic Experience. The package offers six different soundpacks including Best of ABSYNTH, Deep Transformations and Synthetic Drums Reloaded. Meanwhile, The Final Cut Pro User Group has announced a new SuperMeet to be held in London, England following the success of the recent 8th Annual NAB FCPUG SuperMeet. The events provide attendees the opportunity to both learn about the latest technologies utilized in postproduction and broadcasting, and to meet with other enthusiasts and professionals.

Native Instruments is currently offering a special deal for customers who purchase the controller-equipped version of KORE 2. During the month of May and June, all customers who make this purchase will be eligible for a free download of the six sound libraries featured in the KORE Electronic Experience. The libraries represent an additional $190 value and include Best of ABSYNTH, Best of REAKTOR Vol. 1, Deep Transformations, FM8 Transient Attacks, MASSIVE Expansion Vol. 1, and Synthetic Drums Reloaded.

The Final Cut Pro User Group Network(FCPUG) has announced that it plans to hold the First Annual London SuperMeet in the Great Hall at the Kensington Conference and Event Centre in London, England on Thursday, June 25th, 2009. The event is being planned as an extensions of the 8th Annual NAB FCPUG SuperMeet which was held in Las Vegas in April and had an estimated crowd of over 1400 people. SuperMeets not only provide an opportunity to learn about the latest technology trends within the postproduction and broadcasting world, but also provide a chance for attendees to connect with other enthusiasts and professionals. Tickets for the event will go on sale online on May 18th and will cost 11 ($17) each and the final agenda should be announced no later than three weeks prior to the event.
