Archive 6 update

Yenco has released Archive 6, an update to its software that helps users find or store particular documents on removable media or devices. The latest version adds a new catalog engine that obtains more data about each file than the previous release. The software is claimed to execute faster searches as the user types, while a new sidebar provides quicker access to catalogs. Users can also take advantage of multi-column browsing, or launch files from within the program.

Detailed information includes file names, locations, creation and modification dates, size and labels. For users of Archive 5, catalog data can easily be imported to the updated software.

Archive 6 is now available directly from the company for $30. Registered Archive 5 owners receive a special discount after entering their existing code into the registration window.
