MacPractice Endo
MacPractice has announced a new version of its medical-practice management application designed specifically for endodontists, MacPractice Endo. The software provides customizable data-entry forms for use in MacPractice EDR (Electronic Dental Record), including placeholders for digital x-ray images. Narrative reports can be automatically generated from a completed EDR form, with the option to be merge the content into a letter template for referring dentists.
The program also integrates with MacPractice DR (Digital Radiography/Photo), making it possible to capture digital x-rays or photos. The images can be incorporated into Endo Notes templates and clinical forms in EDR. MacPractice supports SuniRay sensors and Planmeca's digital sensors, panorama and cephalometric equipment.
MacPractice has yet to release any pricing information or availability dates for MacPractice Endo.
