1 billionth App Store download due on Thursday?

As Apple's download counter edges closer to 1 billion, the App Store contest will probably be won by a customer sometime on Thursday, April 23rd, according to mobileSQUARED. If the promotion creates an even greater download rate, the win could even occur as early as Wednesday night. While the first 500 million apps were downloaded in six months, the second 500 million will take roughly half that time.
The Portuguese site Mac Magazine has allegedly uncovered the page Apple prepared for the end of the contest. "Thanks a billion," the page reads. "Over 1 billion downloads in just nine months. Only on the App Store."

If the billionth app is iFart, will they publicize that, or just decide to pick the next one, or just some random one they feel like promoting and calling it the 'billionth' one.
