Encrypt Mail for Mac

Apimac has released an e-mail encryption application, Encrypt Mail. The software is designed for both business and personal purposes, allowing users to send encrypted e-mails and attachments. A drag-and-drop feature automatically processes and sends content after files are dragged over the recipient’s name. All Mac users will receive the e-mail or attachment as a DMG password-protected file. The contacts list is kept separate from the Mac’s built in Address Book.

The software supports both .dmg and .zip files, while providing additional security measures that prevent storage or tracking of sent files. Users can also select an option to create anonymous file-names.

Encrypt Mail is compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 or higher and carries a price of $30. Customers can also purchase a site license for $40, with support for up to five computers.
