FxFactory plug-ins update
Noise Industries has announced updates for three FxFactory-based plug-ins, intended for use in After Effects CS3 and CS4 along with Final Cut Studio and Express. EasyLooks 2.5 simplifies color grading, with options including diffusion and brightness adjustments. The update implements a faster rendering pipeline, as well as a vignette effect, new overlay controls and a three-way color corrector.
Volumetrix 2.0 produces a variety of light effects and transitions, and has been given a new assortment of rays, glows, glints and distortions for Final Cut Studio. Motype 1.2, lastly, is used to create text animations, and has been expanded with drop shadows and 10 new title presets.
EasyLooks and Volumetrix are currently priced at $39, while Motype is set at $99.
