SecuriKey update

GT SecuriKey has released an update to its security tool, SecuriKey for Mac v3.1. The system combines software and hardware that are designed to prevent unauthorized access to computer data. Users must insert a USB key into any available USB port and enter the correct password before access to the computer is granted. The new version offers enhanced AES encryption features that can protect any amount of data.

The authentication system integrates directly into the standard OS X login screen, while users can access the preference pane from within System Preferences. A Windows software license is required to protect data with Boot Camp.

SecuriKey Pro for Mac is now available for $130. Customers can protect another computer with a multi-user kit that costs an additional $120. A cross-platform multi-user kit carries a price of $350.
