myTracks, smcFanControl

  • Password Repository 2.8 ($30) allows users to save and manage all of their passwords inside an encrypted document. The information is all stored within a table that can be sorted. Passwords can also be labeled with custom sets of colors to help users sort out related passwords. The latest release has added a customizable background auto-lock mode and now always leaves the auto-recovery document feature on. [Download - 1MB]

  • Tidy Up! 2.0 ($30) lets users search for duplicate files and packages with various filters. The application features a security system that ensures at least one file of the duplicate group on your disk will be kept. This system also allows users to undo the copying or moving of files. A new search mode which includes more than 90 pre-defined search types has ben added in the new version along with a new set of criteria that allows users to search for EXIF information.   • iVideo 4.1 ($20) is a movie organization and sharing application which allows users to organize movies from different folders, hard drives, media discs or the Internet. Content can be shared across a network or presented online, with an integrated tool to help build web pages. The update has improved the video importing process which prevents a bad movie file from crashing the application. Users can also now select which file formats they would like to allow in their library and basic YouTube integration has been added. [Download - 24.9MB]

  • myTracks 1.6 (free) allows users relate GPS tracks and the photos taken along those tracks to each other. Users can import the GPS tracks from a GPS device for from a GPX file which are then displayed using Google Maps. In the latest release the "Track View" and "Photo Preview" windows are now shown in separate windows. The update also allows a new track to be created for non geotagged photos and includes several bug fixes. [Download - 29.4MB]

  • smcFanControl 2.2 (free) is a tool that lets users set the minimum and maximum speed of the computers fans. This allows users to run their Mac at cooler temperatures. The application includes several precautionary settings that prevent users from setting the values below Apple's defaults. The 2.2 update has added support for every released Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air and Mac mini and also includes fixes for all of the known memory leaks. [Download - 0.66MB]
